Feta & Ham Omelette

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Egg Whites
  • A dash of milk
  • 30g Lean Ham
  • 25g Danish Feta
  • 1/2 Capsicum (red, green or both)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Optional: tomato, baby spinach, mushrooms or basil


  1. Heat a nonstick frypan over medium heat
  2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl
  3. Add in the feta cheese, ham, salt, pepper, milk and optional extras as you stir
  4. When the pan is hot, pour in the omelette mix and spread evenly across the pan
  5. Allow cooking until halfway
  6. Flip on to the other side or flip over in half to make it easier to flip
  7. Cook the underside for a few minutes and then take it out of the pan ready for you to eat
