The Man Shake Chocolate Lava Cake with Chocolate Super Greens

How does an indulgent treat, that isn't going to break your weight loss rules?

 For the Cake:
  2 scoops Chocolate Man Shake
  1 scoop Chocolate Super Greens
  1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  1 large egg
  2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao)
  1/4 tsp baking powder
  Pinch of sea salt

For the Fondant Centre:
  2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao)
  1/2 tsp unsalted butter


1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease two ramekins.

2. In a bowl, whisk together Man Shake powder, Super Greens powder, almond milk, egg, melted coconut oil, and salt until smooth.

3. Fold in chopped dark chocolate for the cake batter.

4. Make the Fondant Center: In a separate heatproof bowl, melt together chopped dark chocolate and unsalted butter over a double boiler or in short microwave bursts, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly, until it thickens to a spreadable consistency.

5. Divide the cake batter evenly between ramekins. Make a small well in the center of each batter using the back of a spoon. Spoon a dollop of the prepared chocolate fondant mixture into each well, ensuring it's completely covered by batter.

6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted around the edge comes out with crumbs attached, and the center comes out with a fudgy consistency. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

For an extra decadent touch, dust the cakes with powdered sugar or top with a dollop of light cream.
You can also substitute the chocolate chips with other mix-ins like chopped nuts or berries.
